Dear participants, we would like to inform you about the introduction of an updated format for taking part in the relay. These changes are aimed at optimising interaction with organisers and at systematising and processing the large amount of information received in the form of applications and reports.
As part of this update, each organiser is provided with a personal dashboard on the website. Through this dashboard, participant registration and submission of all reports are carried out.
Please note that during the rollout of new features, technical shortcomings and errors may occur. If you experience any difficulties, please contact support through your personal dashboard. We will do our best to promptly review and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

To take part in the relay you need to register as an Organizer (at the event venue).
Registration is done by filling in a special form and providing all required information.
After successful registration you will get access to your organizer dashboard.
There you can add and manage your teams and reports related to the relay.
In your dashboard create a team by choosing "Add team". Register 3 to 7 team members.
When forming the team, indicate whether you plan to take part in the video concert with a creative performance by your team.
After the relay, upload the required reports for your teams:
• Baton video
• Team photo and the drawing itself
• Photo of all teams with drawings in hand and 3 photos of the drawing process
• Creative performance video (if participating)
